How Our Courtesy Vehicle Program Works

Scheduling:
When you schedule your repair appointment with Fairlane Collision, let us know if you’d like to use one of our courtesy vehicles. We’ll reserve a vehicle for you based on availability.

Pickup and Drop-Off:
On the day of your appointment, you can either drop off your car at our facility and pick up the courtesy vehicle, or we can arrange for convenient pickup and drop-off services if needed.

Vehicle Return:
Once your repairs are complete, simply return the courtesy vehicle to our shop. We’ll handle the rest, ensuring your vehicle is ready for you to drive away.
